Only one request for transportation is needed per vehicle, provided you list all adult pilgrims in the party on the form.
A confirmation of your request is emailed to you automatically when you submit this form. Check your spam filter if it does not arrive promptly.
Print it out and keep a copy on your person while traveling Thursday, September 28. It contains information vital to keeping your itinerary in sync with the organizers’ schedules.
To notify organizers of any change in your scheduled rendezvous times on the day of your travels Thursday or Friday, September 28 – 29, phone CSRG mobile no. 610/390-9507.
Please also note:
1. The Transportation-Team cannot promise shuttle service to any pilgrim failing to return this request, nor guarantee to finalize arrangements for requests received after September 15.
2. Pilgrims will not be able to retrieve their vehicles at end of pilgrimage without requesting this service.
