The discounted fee schedule (rates) for families registering to participate in more than one day is summarized as follows.
All family registrations must be postmarked no later than September 8 to avail of the discount.
For the purpose of registration the discount applies only for family members residing in the same household, or/and grandparents.
1) The fee for the first two family members (adults or minors) is always $75 each.
2) The fee for each adult family member thereafter is $40.
3) Thereafter, a suggested donation of $20 is asked for each minor member of the same family up to three minors, regardless of how many more than three are registered.
4) No soul or family is turned away from the pilgrimage for want of the fee. Hardship cases should be pled to the Director of the Pilgrimage: 610/435-2634.
Note well:
(a) The above schedule applies to one’s whole family registered for more than one day, whether members participate in the "modified" or customary part, or in both. For the purpose of registration the discount applies per household.
(b) There is no fee whatsoever for pilgrims participating ONLY the last day, Saturday. But neither may such pilgrims be included in calculating any possible discount of fees for family or group registrations.
(c) Discount applies for a registration sent, with payment, in one envelope or same e-mail, not in separate mailings. Family registrations postmarked after the Feast of Our Lady’s Nativity, September 8, are not eligible for discount. Family registrations postmarked after Sept. 8 and family walk-ons cost $100/pilgrim - adults or/and children.
(d) Adult pilgrims returning to the volunteer service of the Company of St. René Goupil, and/or new members who make application to the CSRG in writing and register by August 1 are asked to donate $40 in lieu of a fee. Other volunteers - not with the CSRG - are asked to donate $50. Every application is subject to acceptance.
(e) A volunteer's donation may not be counted to calculate his/her family's discounted fees. The volunteer may, however, use the same form to register with his/her family.
(f) Without exception every adult pilgrim participating in any part of the pilgrimage must register AND sign the "Release of Liability" form. In addition, parents or guardians must complete the "Parental Authorization for Minor Children" form.
