Arriving Sunday, September 22?

You have three options.

1. Option-A - Join the column in the field at around lunch time, and walk the last segment to Auriesville

   Pilgrims will be able to meet up with pilgrims already under way since Friday - just as happens on the model Pentecost Pilgrimage from Paris-to-Chartres each year in France.

   To volunteer to shuttle pilgrims to the lunchtime rendezvous Sunday, let us know by registering -- optimally before September 20.

2. Option-B - Rendezvous in brigades only with the column on the Canalway bike path to walk the last few miles to the destination Shrine and holy Mass

   Those familes with very young children, seniors, parents pushing strollers and others who are not ready to join the rest of the pilgrims for more than one day or at lunch Sunday, may join up with the column a bit closer to the destination Shrine, along the Canalway bike path at Fort Hunter, NY.

3. Wait for the column of walking pilgrims to arrive this year at the Kateri pavilion Chapel in Auriesville

   Holy Mass begins there at 3:15pm Sunday

   Directions to Our Lady's Shrine of the North American Martyrs:
   I-90 (NY State Thruway) exit #28 Fonda-Fultonville.
   Right after toll onto Riverside Drive, and uphill approx. 1 mile to stop sign: left onto Rte 5S east; approx. 2 miles to Auriesville Shrine.

   Nearest airports: Schenectady and Albany.

   Nota bene - Given the new route & days on Pilgrimage 2013, there are NO EVENTS to take place again this year at the National Shrine of Blessed Kateri in Fonda.

   Directions to the National Shrine of Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha:
   I-90 (NY State Thruway) exit #28 Fonda-Fultonville. Left after toll onto Riverside Drive. To traffic light: right, over bridge, into Fonda. To next light: left onto Rte 5 west; approx. 2 miles straight through town.
